The normal
delivery charge for orders at TheFlowerCage.com is £15 plus VAT. This is applied on a
per-order basis and NOT to each individual item !
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your goods to you within a maximum period of 7 days. We do aim to complete these items within 2 days but to avoid disappointment please order in advance.
Our average actual delivery times are generally 1 -3 days from placing your order.However, pedestal cages are made to order so please allow 4 to 6 weeks.
If you place your
order before 12.00 noon and the items are in stock, then it is normally dispatched the same day.

– Cheque payment
If you have chosen
to pay for your order by sending us a Cheque or a Postal Order - please allow
additional time for your payment to clear, before we dispatch your order. This
generally adds a further 7 working days to the delivery time for your order.
You can check the
status of your order at any time, by going into Your Account and clicking the
Order History Button. This area will give you full details of your current and
past orders with us.
Returns
You can return an
item to us if - It's faulty, damaged, the wrong
item or for any other agreed reason.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
